Audio tour guide equipment is simple to set up and easy to use. The presenter communicates using a hands-free headset with a microphone and the transceiver is worn on a lanyard around their neck. Customers and VIPs wear the transceiver on a lanyard and wear an earphone for enhanced hearing. If a participant has a question or comment, they simply push the button and speak into the unit’s microphone.
